Over 25 years experience in the valuation of income producing properties. Properties appraised include office buildings, industrial parks, retail developments, apartment buildings and hotels along with single-family tract development, condominium developments and masterplanned communities. At Tokai Bank, primary responsibility was to review real estate appraisals on a variety of property types with emphasis on risk assessment. At NJK Associates, provided commercial real estate valuation and consulting services to a variety of clients. While at Citicorp, provided risk assessment, property valuation and assisted in establishing repositioning strategies for commercial real estate located throughout the western United States. Portfolio of properties totaled over two billion dollars and included regional malls, high-rise office buildings, industrial parks, mixed-use developments, hotels and apartments. At Grubb and Ellis, performed feasibility analyses, market studies and evaluations on behalf of real estate developers, bankers and mortgage brokers. Appraised multi-million dollar commercial properties located throughout the western United States, specializing in high-rise office buildings.
