This multi-year assignment has involved the appraisal, consultation, and eminent domain assistance for the existing Southern California Logistics Airport (SCLA), as well as a proposed logistics and freight movement facility in Victorville, California. SCLA is a master planned commercial/industrial project located on 2,000 acres of land, and at completion will consist of a total of 65 million square feet of improvements. This will be one of the largest developments in the Inland Empire. It will be designed for international and domestic needs by providing air, ground and rail transportation for “just in time” (JIT) delivery. Norris Realty Advisors also provided land valuation assistance to the neighboring High Desert Power Plant facility, a proposed combination natural gas and solar power generating facility.
