Hilary Hatfield graduated from Boise State University with a Bachelor in both Business Administration and Political Science with emphases on Public Policy and Political Philosophy.  Hilary has successfully completed a number of courses through the Appraisal Institute, where she has become familiar with basic appraisal procedures and principles.  She has experience in the valuation of a variety of income producing properties and eminent domain matters.  She is presently pursuing her state-certified General Appraiser Certification in California, where she is affiliated with the Urban Land Institute and CREW-LA.
